Jeff Westphal
Position title: Technical Director, Trend Micro
Jeff Westphal is a Technical Director at Trend Micro with a strong background in server infrastructure and cloud technologies. His main responsibilities are to ensure customer’s business requirements translate into successful software deployments and designs. These designs focus on cloud, application development, and software-defined security solutions that integrate with Trend Micro product offerings.
In addition to managing the Regional SE team, Jeff also leads Trend Micro’s Certification Program in IT Security – a program designed for recent college graduates to bridge the skills and employment gap in cybersecurity.
Jeff is also a part-time instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College and manages the local AWS User Groups in Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin.
Prior to joining Trend Micro in 2015, Jeff had spent 12+ years in the IT industry with leading businesses within the Milwaukee area including Johnson Controls, Advocate/Aurora Health Care, and AO Smith.
